I stayed for one night with my 5 and 7 yr old and it was very comfortable. The staff were really welcoming everywhere to me and my children ( which to be honest can be a worry when travelling anywhere with children). We had a hot drink at the bar area before bed and breakfast int he morning and it was all fab! Bed was really comfortable and large. Even saw some very fluffy looking foxes playing out the window before bed.

Fantastic customer service. We had booked several rooms for one night and decided we needed an additional night. We had many requirements due to accessibility. With phone calls and emails their responses were timely with reassurance and the hotel were amazing at accommodating these. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were caring throughout our stay.

The whole stay was brilliant - we went for a sports tournament and although the hotel was a bit out of the way taxis and ubers were accessible so we had zero issues getting around. The stay was brilliant and I would recommend it to any regardless of whether they are going for work, holiday, just passing through... it was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel many years ago. Walking back in you could see it's be refurbished. Ideal location for what we wanted (visiting family nearby) as it was within walking distance. Great place (just off the M1) to visit other parts of the area easily. Would definately stay again.

The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely clean toilet and shower-room - a bonus that they were separate, given the amount of time my husband spends in the shower !! Will definitely use again, and would highly recommend.
