Novotel Nottingham Derby

The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely clean toilet and shower-room - a bonus that they were separate, given the amount of time my husband spends in the shower !! Will definitely use again, and would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. We had booked several rooms for one night and decided we needed an additional night. We had many requirements due to accessibility. With phone calls and emails their responses were timely with reassurance and the hotel were amazing at accommodating these. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were caring throughout our stay.

I stayed for one night with my 5 and 7 yr old and it was very comfortable. The staff were really welcoming everywhere to me and my children ( which to be honest can be a worry when travelling anywhere with children). We had a hot drink at the bar area before bed and breakfast int he morning and it was all fab! Bed was really comfortable and large. Even saw some very fluffy looking foxes playing out the window before bed.

The room was really spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Breakfast was a little basic though there were both continental and cooked options. One toaster for the whole dining room a bit impractical. But just to reiterate our bedroom was lovely.

Room decor excellent( quite recently refurbished) ,bed very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout outstanding. Good hot breakfast . All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.
